Brian Thomas Smith grew up in Saint Louis, MO before making his way to LA to be an Actor. Most people recognize him as Zack from THE BIG BANG THEORY. Brian played the happy-go-lucky, dim-witted ex boyfriend of Penny for nine seasons on this CBS hit sitcom. His other TV credits include: THE NEIGHBORHOOD (CBS), 9-1-1 LONE STAR (Fox), HAPPY ENDINGS (ABC), TWO AND A HALF MEN (CBS), and the lead in the Dan Fogelman, comedy pilot THE 12TH MAN (Fox).

BTS is also in the movies. His film credits include scenes with Al Pacino and Annette Bening in Dan Fogelman’s directorial debut film “DANNY COLLINS”. Some other fantastic films that Brian stars in are: BIG MUDDY, CONCRETE BLONDES, THE WEDDING PARTY, LETHAL SEDUCTION, and HOLLYWOOD ADVENTURES. Brian’s most recent movie, BABYSPLITTERS, comes out in theaters and VOD summer 2020. This is a hilarious must watch comedy starring Dani Pudi (Community).

You might also think Brian looks familiar because he has been in over 100 national commercials. Some of his favorites are playing Phil Shifley in the DIRECT TV campaign, being trained by the Brew Master in 7 spots for BUD LIGHT, or going off the grid with his friends in a CHEVY truck. Celebrities like to do commercials too and BTS has worked with several like, JENNIFER ANISTON, DREW BREES, TERRY CREWS, and GEORGE LOPEZ.
